By accessing or using Autosaathi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Platform Role
Autosaathi provides software infrastructure (a "Digital Showroom") for used car dealers. We are not a broker, dealer, or party to any vehicle sale. We charge 0% commission on transactions. All sales, negotiations, and legal transfers are solely between the dealer and the buyer.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information regarding your vehicle inventory. Fraudulent listings, fake photos, or misleading pricing are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Subscription & Access
Access to premium features (e.g., Gaadi Kundali, B2B Network) is contingent upon active, paid subscriptions. Autosaathi reserves the right to suspend or hide your digital showroom if subscription payments are not fulfilled.
Intellectual Property
The Autosaathi logo, platform design, and Gaadi Kundali reporting formats are the exclusive property of Autosaathi.
Limitation of Liability
Autosaathi is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from transactions initiated through our platform. You use the software at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kalyan/Mumbai.
